You can make these charming patchwork farm animals using conventional patchwork techniques. No templates or paper piecing are required! The pattern includes two quilt sizes featuring Horse, Cow, Goat, Sheep, Pig, Chicken, Bee, and Sunflower Blocks.
Small Quilt is 38″ x 39″
Large Quilt is 75″ x 77″
The Large Quilt can be made with one each of the following Robert Kaufman fat quarter bundles: Elizabeth Hartman Paintbox Portrait Palette, and Portrait Palette Solid Coordinates.

Make a cart full of adorable fruit using conventional patchwork techniques. Pattern includes instructions for two quilt sizes, each featuring 17 different fruit blocks, including: Strawberry, Banana, Pear, Cherries, Peach, Raspberry, Orange, Mango, Watermelon, Plum, Lemon, Grapefruit, Apple, Kiwi, Cantaloupe, Pineapple, and Blueberries.

Be Still My Heart

These new patterns and fabric line by Melissa Mortenson are oh so sweet! The Heart of Hearts quilt would make a perfect Valentine’s, baby or wedding quilt. All you need is a pack of 5″ squares and the background fabric. Both quilts feature her new line of fabric by Riley Blake called Mint for You.

All the Hearts would make a great class since there are a variety of techniques used to make the hearts.

Nancy’s projects always make me smile. She is so creative when it comes to creating programs for shops and quilters as well. I love this latest idea. She will be releasing 6 new booklets next month and six more in the Fall. Each booklet includes a portion of a quilt that can be combined into a completed block of the month quilt. But this is the genius of Nancy! Each booklet includes smaller projects that can be companions to the finished quilt. Or, quilters can choose to make the smaller projects instead! Talk about getting the most bang for your buck!

This fabric line by Wing and a Prayer for Timeless Treasures is not due to arrive until August, but the patterns and panel that go with it are stunning. Once you see the patterns, I KNOW you will want to order the fabric now while it is still available!

I just spent the week-end with my grandchildren and can’t get this song out of my head! A new fabric line by David Textiles is due to arrive at the end of the month, just in time for summer!

An added plus? They are available on 8 yard bolts! We have a family beach trip planned this year so I ordered a bolt of this and terry cloth so I can quilt them together for beach towels for the littles in my life! No batting required!

Every time I think it can’t get any better, she does! What’s cuter than a panda? A panda wearing a sweater! Make these adorable patchwork friends using conventional piecing techniques. No templates or paper piecing! Fat quarter-friendly pattern includes instructions for making a pillow or two different sizes of throws.

Little Llamas includes instructions for making a 64in x 68in Lap Quilt featuring adorable, 17-inch tall patchwork llamas. The llamas’ blankets and legwarmers are made using charm squares, and additional charm squares are used to make decorative borders at the top and bottom of the quilt.
