I love this! In fact, I love this so much that I am teaching it this weekend!

This is a Karla Alexander design – and is SO her! A little wacky, a little wonky, and a whole lot of fun! This combines every aspect of a great pattern:

It looks hard but is so easy and so forgiving – anyone can do it!
It takes just eight 10 inch squares and eight 11″ x 14″ rectangles of background so it is easy to kit.
It makes a great demo.

Saturday I am making this in Fall colors – but kitting it for Christmas as well. After all, who can stop at just one! An added bonus? This runner is 17 1/2″ x 40 1/2″ so if I make four of these, I have a great throw!

These newest additions to the Fabric Confetti table runner line are just darling!

They remind me of the counted cross stitch samplers that were so popular years ago. Who would have thought now you can make them in a matter of minutes! They all require a hoop with an embroidery field of at least 5 3/4 x 10″.

Table Runners for Every Table

Snow is in the Forecast

Stacy West is introducing several new patterns this month. And based on past performance, these designs will fly off the shelves! Her vintage truck went to pick up the Christmas tree and became a top selling pattern. Now it is at the pumpkin patch!

Easter Should be on your radar

These eggs can be purchased individually or come with a pattern for a cross stitch banner.

But my first thought? Wouldn’t these be an adorable way to personalize Easter baskets? Machine embroidery instead of cross stitch would be darling – and give you the opportunity to showcase features of your sewing machines! Carry Silhouette machines? Design your own with that machine as well! Think outside the box and your customers will make ALL variations! What darling decorations for an Easter tree!

Kitted Mug Rugs are Full of Charm

I love these mug rugs by Stitches of Love Quilting! They come two ways – buy the individual patterns OR buy the kits which include pre-cut fused fabric and everything you need to make it – including backing, binding and embellishments. The kits are priced at under $20!

Now picture the kits and patterns with a sample of each hanging on your wall for your next shop hop! Display a different one at the register each month. The kits include the pattern so your customers can make more than one – and they WILL make more than one – so be sure to include some appropriate fat quarters and embellishments in the display.

Christmas Ornament Crafts!
