Let the zipper take center stage with these new additions from Sassafras Lane.

These 1 1/4-inch wide zippers look like metal but are actually nylon so you can sew right through them. Each zipper is 3 yards long so you can cut them to the exact length you need.

Spring has Sprung! This Pocket Full of Posies is inspired by the Wonky Log Cabin Trim Tool from Creative Grids®.

The stems and leaves are created by placing green fabric in some of the strips. Some wonky blocks are then modified to create the illusion of a bouquet of flowers. The side setting triangles and corner triangles are all cut from completed wonky log cabin blocks.

At 43″ square, it is a great size for a wall hanging or baby quilt. Adding a border would make a nice throw size.

The Creative Grids CGRJAW13 is required. The Creative Grids CGRGE1XL is recommended.

Community is a larger version of the above quilt, featuring the same tools but specifically written to be a block or row of the month. It finished to 90″ x 96″.

All Stars makes a 36″ x 36″ table topper and is the 4th pattern in the “Let’s Get Creative” series. This pattern is easy to kit and will make a great class or demo. The Creative Grids Strippy Stars Tool CGRDH2 is required.
